One of the greatest challenges in humanitarian operations, especially in developing
countries, is the efficient control of effective use of delivered aid (money
and goods).
AMADE-Monaco has a long-term experience in successfully dealing
with that kind of problems.
We assure the constant supervision of ongoing projects:
- By local AMADEs that report on a regular basis of
the usage of delivered aids as well as of the progress of projects.
- By visits of our members on site of the project on
a voluntary basis; those members come up personally for all the expenses of
their "mission".
The world changes constantly, people change as well as the political and social
context of projects, resulting in the need for modifications and changes to respond
effectively to changes.
Our organization's special strength is its fast adaptability to react to changes and new demands, thanks to our flexible and effective organizational structure and to our ongoing monitoring of projects.
