AMADE - MONACO
World Association of Children's Friends in Monaco
Honorary President H.S.H Prince Albert II

AMADE-Monaco was founded in 1966 on the explicit wish of H.S.H Princess Grace, who had already initiated in 1963 AMADE Mondiale (a federation of national AMADEs), in order to create the first true national AMADE in the world.

AMADE-Monaco is a NGO having the following guideline:

To foster and support the physical, moral and spiritual well-being of the children of the world, without any difference of race, nationality or religion in a spirit of absolute political independence.

Today, 40 years after its foundation, AMADE-Monaco develops and conducts its projects both strategically (in Monaco) and material-related (both in Monaco and abroad).

AMADE is the acronym for «Association Mondiale des Amis De l'Enfance» [World Association of children's friends] and how H.S.H Princess Grace put it down.
